About the Role: Work closely with business development managers and the marketing team to conduct outreach to prospective clients. Booking outbound meetings through a multi-channel approach of cold calls, emails, social outreach, networking, and independent research. Build rapport, qualify, and demonstrate the value proposition. Build and nurture positive and genuine relationships with key stakeholders across the business and external clients. Utilising CRM software for data entry and sales pipeline management. Provide quality & professional customer service to prospects. About You: Previous experience in solar/renewable energy sales is ideal but not essential. Prior experience in a phone based role or direct sales is welcomed – we hire on enthusiasm and ambition over experience Phone sales experience is an advantage but not essential. Able to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment. A confident personality with strong communication skills.
