Sales Channel Manager — Chatswood, Willoughby Area

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Channel Manager to join VBreathe, a fast-growing company in the indoor air quality industry. As the Sales Channel Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing key sales channels to drive revenue growth and expand market reach. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in growing our business and making a positive impact on people's lives. Your main responsibilities will include: Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximise growth opportunities Identify and onboard new channel partners including distributors, resellers, and retailers Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing product training and support as needed Collaborate with internal teams to develop channel-specific sales and marketing materials Analyse market and competitor trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes Ensure channel partner compliance with company policies and procedures Monitor and report on channel sales performance, providing regular updates to the management team Requirements 5-10 years of experience in channel sales or channel management, preferably in a B2B environment Expertise in reviewing contracts with the channel Proven track record in signing up more resellers, achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partners Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively and easily adapt to change in a start-up environment Experience in the indoor air quality or related industry is a plus A valid driver's license and access to a car Benefits Competitive salary with uncapped commission Hybrid working with office located near Chatswood Train Station Dynamic and supportive work environment
