WA Design Leader - Commercial Design Group (National Brand) The Group: My client is a nationally-established commercial design group that specialises in the design and delivery of interiors projects across the commercial mixed-use, corporate/workplace, hotel & hospitality, luxury retail, health & leisure and government sectors. With offices across Australia and Asia, this firm leveragesstrong relationships with a select group of retail/hotel brands, developers, commercial property firms, and financial institutions nationally. The Role: As WA Design Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the group's Perth design studio. You will be responsible for overseeing design and it's implementation during delivery across all projects in WA/Perth. You will be expected to manage multiple project teams concurrently, from early client engagement through to maintaining design vision throughout the delivery. You will be expected to implement strategies to maintain steady growth within commercial sector, working collaboratively with the group's respective Client/Business, Preconstruction, Design and Project Delivery Teams nationally. Qualifications and requirements: Experience in leading project pitches and managing a design team Experience manging the design process for commercial interiors projects valued up to $5 million, and ability to work across multiple projects concurrently Experience leading project teams and allocating team resources to achieve deadlines Experienced using design software including AutoCAD and Revit Have a strong existing network of industry contacts across the WA commercial sector If it sounds like you are well suited for this role, please click "apply now".
