Responsibilities: Develop, implement and manage strategies for the effective utilization of the CRM and ERP systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure the databases align with organisational needs. Design and implement database structures that support the storage and retrieval of CRM and ERP data efficiently. Work collaboratively with your team to optimise database queries, ensuring optimal system performance. Implement and enforce security measures to protect sensitive CRM and ERP data. Address a diverse range of service requests, delivering information and facilitating resolutions with precision. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar technical support role, ideally with a focus on on-prem and on cloud services. Proven experience as a Database Administrator, with a focus on CRM and ERP systems. Strong proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of relational database management systems.
