We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Administrator to join our client's Employee Relations project team. This unique role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact, providing comprehensive support to users with the functional use of UKG, training new users, and troubleshooting any issues encountered within the application. Full time permanent position Competitive salary based of experience Hybrid opportunity - WFH flexibility Job responsibilities: Support Employees and Managers with day-to-day queries in relation to Work Schedule and Timecard updates in UKG. Provide comprehensive support to users with the functional use of UKG, including training of new users. Troubleshoot any issues encountered within the application. Work with people managers to approve timesheets in readiness for Payroll Export each fortnight. Process historical edits as required. Work collaboratively across the payroll function to contribute to seamless end-to-end service delivery. What you bring: Strong experience in complex UKG multi-site industry. Experience in Time & Attendance and Payroll system administration (UKG/SAP). Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. Proven experience working with Microsoft Office, including Advanced Excel. Ability to work autonomously. Experience interpreting modern awards and enterprise agreements.
