The company Off the back of winning a contract to build a large multi unit luxury residential project in the eastern suburbs of Sydney, an award-winning Tier 3 Construction Company is looking for a Finance Controller with a background in Construction to join their close-knit team. Based in North Sydney, this company has an enviable reputation for being the Design and Construction professionals specialising in Multi Unit Residential, Commercial and Luxury Homes including Fit out Design and Remedial work. The role This hands-on role will require someone that is a hardworking individual who can sharpen up the team, be creative and rigorous in their approach. This is a part time position, only requiring to work 3 days a week. Responsibilities: Monthly & Annual financial reporting Cashflow forecasting Consolidated management accounts Project reporting Annual QBCC financial reporting & monitoring of financial ratios monthly Annual Income Tax return preparation for the group companies Key user for financial & project management system Management of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll Asset Purchase Liaise with financiers to obtain asset finance Reporting on financial liabilities Recording of interest on liabilities Bank Covenant reporting Update PPSR Preparation & lodgement of BAS, FBT, other reporting to ATO Qualifications: 7 years’ experience working in accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll and payroll reports Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
