Our team is growing, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Designer to join our Perth office. About the role Create detailed electrical schematics and wiring diagrams using MicroStation and AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design standards. Develop electrical and instrumentation schematics Interpretation and implementation of required standards and client specifications Bring your expertise in mineral processing/mining projects, showcasing your ability to navigate complex electrical requirements. Familiarity with Australian standards and regulations is a must to ensure project compliance. Assist in cost estimation for electrical components and systems, optimizing designs for cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality. Maintain comprehensive documentation of electrical designs, changes, and revisions throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all electrical designs adhere to quality standards and are aligned with project objectives. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers, to ensure project success. About you Proven and practical experience in a similar role Previous experience working in engineering consulting or EPC/EPCM in the mining and resources sectors Proficient with AutoCAD & Microstation to produce Electrical drawings Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices.
