About the opportunity: Due to continued growth across the region and with a robust pipeline of work we are now looking for a Safety Administrator to support our Western Australian team. Reporting into the Health & Safety Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Heath and Safety Team and project staff in accordance with ACCIONA and Project Policies and Procedures. Key responsibilities for the position: Assist in the maintenance of databases including clients, projects, consultants, subcontractors, past promotions and milestones etc. Maintain and apply all relevant standards, policies, guidelines and legislative requirements necessary to support responsible decisions and courses of action Promote a positive safety and environmental culture Record, check and track all incoming and outgoing purchases, deliveries, mail and documents Assist with the reconciliation of expense forms as required - complete forms, scan receipts, gather necessary signatures Required Skills and Competencies Capability & Experience you will need to have: Preferable 2 years' related experience 1 year of Health and Safety related experience Experience with MS Office suite of applications in particular Word and Excel Strong administrative and time management skills Good at multi-tasking and demonstrates sound judgments, including balancing competing issues What we offer A market leader in sustainability that really cares about making the world a better place Gain experience on a truly diverse range of projects across Roads, Rail, Water, Power A mobile career pathway with opportunities to work across the country and the globe ACCIONA has been given the Top Employer 2022 & 2023 certification in Australia, which certifies the company's commitment to excellence in human resources management and those who focus on putting their people first through their exceptional HR policies.
