For more information, visit: https://www.specfast.com.au/ About the Role: Reporting to the Branch Manager, as a Counter Salesperson, you will provide efficient and exceptional customer service to our large and varied customer base. Permanent position Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm, no Saturdays. Your key responsibilities include: Provision of customer service, including effectively actioning customer requests and enquiries. Counter sales, including the promotion of an extensive and diverse product set. Answering telephone and email enquiries. Actioning customer requests and enquiries face to face, over the phone and via email. Liaising with suppliers. Stock control, including re-stocking shelves and packing orders. General warehousing duties as required. To be successful in this role: Must be an Australian / New Zealand resident or citizen. Sponsorship is not offered for this role. You have previous experience in the Fastener, Industrial and Construction Supply Industries (desirable) Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, so your ability to build relationships and establish rapport is second to none.
