(comScore Total Visits, September 2023) Day to Day As a Sales Representative (known internally as a Specialist, Client Activation) in our Scaled Business Success (SBS) team, you’ll consult with prospective, new, and churned accounts in our small business segment, as you help them to activate their jobs on our website. In this role, you'll receive daily leads and have the opportunity to engage with clients through both phone and email channels. By actively listening and understanding their unique needs, you'll be able to offer tailored solutions and present opportunities for their success in utilizing Indeed's products and services. You will approach your interactions with clients with insight, respect, and an awareness of diverse backgrounds and perspectives. Responsibilities Proactively contact new clients and prospects to present offers Educate and position several Indeed products to maximize success for SMBs and help them through the onboarding journey Promote Indeed’s products & services and demonstrate the return on investment Meet assigned quarterly goals including revenue and conversion Deliver great client experiences and outcomes so clients are retained Meet productivity standards set by the team & other health metrics Educate clients on our products and ensure their accounts are optimized and clients are actively engaged and feature adoption is high Conduct live product demonstrations over the phone or through Zoom Assist with client re-engagement and re-activation Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service roles. Proven experience in online advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, recruitment advertising, or staffing agencies preferred Proven influencing & sales experience with a customer focus Great communication skills, including the propensity to actively listen Experience working well under pressure, multi-task, and prioritize responsibilities Adaptable to work in a changing environment and to actively seek feedback and incorporate it into your day to day Motivated to produce a high volume of outbound calls each day influencing positive client outcomes Passion to educate, service and sell Proven product acumen Salary Range Transparency Sydney 50,000 - 75,000 AUD per year Salary Range Disclaimer The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location.
