This firm works across all areas of law and now have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant / Legal Secretary to join a wonderful litigation and disputes team. They focus on hiring people with a can do and supportive attitude, in turn creating one of the best cultures to work in. You will be providing support to a friendly, caring and professional Partner known for their complex litigation matters. This team are amazing to work with, they really enjoy what they do and that shines through. Responsibilities will include: - Drafting of court documents and correspondence Diary management and scheduling appointments Dicta-typing Monthly billing and account management Opening and closing files General Administrative duties (scanning, filing, copying and printing) Answering and directing phone calls (clients) Ad hoc general administration support for other Lawyers About you This role is perfect for you if you have a background in litigation and enjoy working with a team that have a passion for what they do. You will be organised, have an eye for detail and have a minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role at a law firm. You will be proficient in MS Word and formatting, as well good experience in Dictaphone typing and have touch typing experience over 75wpm.
