About the Role The Training Administrator will support onboarding in the project-based CMS, manage the ADMS Portal for Apprentice and Trainee financial incentives, and maintain the related dashboard. Additional duties, time permitting, include assisting the Training Services team with administrative tasks such as handling queries, managing the training calendar, and coordinating courses. They will ensure all tasks are organized, punctual, and adhere to John Holland's training standards, industry regulations, and the Training Academy's protocols. Location: NSW, QLD, SA or VIC Head Office Primary Key Accountabilities: CMS Onboarding & Support: Onboard project-based personnel into the Competency Management System and provide ongoing support, troubleshooting CMS-related queries for subcontractors to facilitate a smooth end user experience. ADMS Portal Administration: Administer the ADMS Portal, processing financial incentives for Apprentices and Trainees. Apprentice & Trainee Record Management: Maintain and update the Apprentice & Trainee Dashboard to ensure all relevant data and performance metrics and accurately maintain all related records. Reporting: Supply training information / data to support reporting efforts as required. When possible, assist Training Coordinators with: Training Calendar maintenance: Maintain and update the RTO public offerings and Corporate/Project Based online training calendars to ensure accurate and up-to-date scheduling of training activities and offerings. Course Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate the scheduling of internal and external training courses. Key Requirements: Qualifications: Advantageous to have Certificate III in Business Administration or Certificate IV in Training & Assessment Knowledge & Experience Systems / Computer Skills: Reasonably fast typing skills, comfortable with the use and navigating a systems platform and intermediate level in the use of Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word and Excel. Construction Industry Training Administration: Held a role in construction training administration. Learning / Competency Management Systems: Knowledge of one or more learning or competency management systems, e.g. Pegasus, SuccessFactors LMS, 3DSafety, etc. and experience with their administration to ensure appropriate training requirements and standards are in place. Training Processes & Procedures: Experience in adhering to and contributing enhancements to training protocols and methodologies. As part of the team, you can help us transform lives.
