You will be required to liaise with clients and ensure customer requirements and specifications and met. Overseeing and providing daily direction for trades and apprentices. Key Responsibilities Effectively manage, lead and mentor trades Follow through/deliver on team objectives Ensure projects run on schedule Planning and Organising all activities on site Ensure safety and environmental requirements are met Skills & experience Qualified Electrician Experience in effectively managing and leading trades Excellent communication and advanced time management skills Attention to detail and excellent problem solving abilities Willingness to learn and develop, prepared to undertake Cert IV Management Course CEC Accredited Electrian or an Electrican wanting to become accredited ( Costs covered by employer) Strong commitment to working safely and in accorance with WHS obligations White card, WWVP desired, drivers licence and own tools Culture The company culture is young and dynamic and based on team work with the various divisions of the business working in unison to meet business objectives.
