Due to growth we're currently seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join their team in a full-time permanent capacity. Within this role you will provide will assist customers with general enquiries, policy upgrades via phone, email and online chat. The role: Manage inbound and/or outbound calls, with the outcome being servicing or selling insurance products. Provide outstanding, accurate and reliable information and service using written and verbal communication (ie emails, chat bots and phone calls) within prescribed timeframes. Understand and interpret underwriting guidelines to decline policies that fall outside risk appetite where applicable. Apply sales techniques to close sales where applicable. Action daily tasks and reports within prescribed timeframes. Compliance with all relevant Policies and Procedures.
