The key duties of the position include The Role As an EL1 Administration Manager in CASG, Land Systems Division, you will have the unique opportunity to deliver high-quality administration services and support some of the largest complex programs in Australia that are delivering leading-edge capability to the Australian Defence Force. An Administration Manager in Defence may perform a varied range of duties or specialise in a specific area such as human resource management, workforce planning, strategic communications, governance and compliance, or general business operations. In this role you will: Apply your business acumen and management skills to prioritise and manage business operations activities, often within demanding timeframes Analyse, interpret and translate relevant legislation, policies or data to provide advice and professional services Write or review documents, such as senior management briefs, presentations, proposals, reports or ministerial level correspondence Build and maintain professional networks and stakeholder relationships Undertake specialised research and analysis, to make informed decisions and resolve complex to very complex problems.
