Your role We are looking for an administration assistant to join our Marine Views Cottesloe team to provide support with HR and education requirments. This is a new role that is part time, 42 hours a fortnight. Times are flexible and the prefernece is to work Monday, Wednesday & Friday with additonal days and hours available to cover leave and project related work. The role will include important functions, such as: Assist in the management of contemporary human resource practices. Act as a first-line contact for organisation wide recruitment, HR and education needs. Assist with the onboarding processes including the coordiantion of onboarding documentation and scheduling of orientation education. Assisting with education session scheduling, attendance, and training record entry. Assisting in the collation and dissemination of data that will be used for board and management reporting on people, culture, and education. Providing rostering support to the administration manager and roster coordinator. General reception and administration duties when required. You will need Experience within HR, administrative, or education industries. Experience working within aged care, community, or disability services is desirable. A passion for working with older people and a customer focused attitude. Capacity to meet the values and work towards the vision of the organisation. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Computer literacy and well-developed written skills. Current national police clearance.
