Based in our Studio M in Traralgon.Reporting to the Operations Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:Providing a customer-focused experience in personalised interior designGuide and support our Metricon customers through their choice selections, tailoring interiors, exteriors, colours, finishes and fittings to best suit their briefWork within a team of well-supported professionals with a passion for style and customers engagementStrong product knowledge, supported by regular meetings and updatesImpeccable face to face, virtual and emailed communication with customers Clear KPIs set out; andDeliver accuracies through appointment documentation.Metricon will offer you:Beautifully designed Metricon workspace & supportive culture - Love Where You WorkA competitive salary; andGenerous housing discounts on our award-winning homesThe successful candidate will have:Interior design qualifications or relevant industry experience (Certificate, Diploma or Degree)At least 1 year experience in a similar role Ability to work with a range of IT software and Microsoft experienceCapacity to work within a team environment and autonomously A passion in design and an enthusiasm to share this with our customers and colleaguesAbility to meet deadlines and deliver accuracy through your documentation.Position is Monday to Friday with the possibility of the occasional weekend or rotational weekend roster12-Month Maternity Leave AppointmentThis role requires a national police check be undertaken.
