TheChef Managerwill ensure the highest levels of service in food preparation, hygiene, kitchen services and hospitality standards are met. It is important that you have a warm and hospitable personality and can relate to older people and deliver a wonderful customer service experience. You will be required to manage the production team which includes, Cooks, Kitchen Assistants and oversee rosters, budgets, review of menus, OHS, kitchen hygiene and managing all daily operations within the kitchen. Key Requirements Ideally previous experience within an Aged Care environment Trade certificate or Diploma in Cookery Ability to lead by example and mentor/train the team Computer literacy, documentation skills and ability to meet quality standards Ability to identify, resolve and manage problems To display courtesy to other employees, clients and refrain from any behaviour that is divisive, intolerant, illegal, hurtful or outside of professional boundaries To work in an open, supportive and cooperative manner with other employees Excellent interpersonal and communication skills NDIS Check, Covid Vaccine As part of your application, you will be asked to complete pre-employment checks.
