We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our clients team in a role of Customer Service Sales Support. This position requires you to be a detail-oriented and organised individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Things you’ll do in your new role: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with product information, orders, and other inquiries. Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the wider team to provide support in achieving sales targets. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers. Maintain customer records and update information as necessary in the CRM system. Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy. Coordinate closely with various departments to ensure smooth order processing. Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer concerns, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed. What you’ll bring to the role: Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software preferred. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to follow proven customer service process.
