The role: As our Internal Sales representative, you will provide efficient and exceptional customer service to our large and varied customer base. This is a full-time permanent role based in Seven Hills, NSW. Work hours are Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm with the occasional Saturday. Your key responsibilities include: Provision of customer service, including effectively actioning customer requests and enquiries. Counter sales, including the promotion of an extensive and diverse product set. Answering telephone and email enquiries. Actioning customer requests and enquiries face to face, over the phone and via email. Liaising with suppliers. Stock control, including re-stocking shelves and packing orders. General warehousing duties as required.
