Industries: Engineering and Technical Government – White Collar Construction – White Collar As part of the team, you will focus on attracting and sourcing candidates and building strong relationships with our stakeholders. This is a fast-paced role requiring a true sense of urgency whilst delivering quality in all areas of service. Your responsibilities will include: Develop strong working relationships with candidates and clients Source and attract highly skilled candidates Conduct thorough screening and interviews Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the onboarding process and during assignments Maintain records are current and up to date What you bring Your experience working in a high-pace, sales environment will provide a solid foundation for your success in this role. You will be a self-starter with a positive attitude, outstanding work ethic and a genuine desire to learn, and in return we will provide full training and a great working environment.
