Temp to perm opportunity Opportunity to gain experience with QLD Government About the Client The Health and Food Science Precinct (Department of Agriculture and Fisheries) in Coopers Plains that design and manufacture food and beverages to develop and test new products that is Safe Food Queensland accredited. The food zone is a single location for small-scale production, initial development, reformulation and consumer testing of food and beverage products. What you will be doing Working with the administration team you will be required to work approximately 36.25 hours per week to assist and learn from other who have been established themselves already in the business. Located in Coopers Plains, QLD. Your role will include: • Process and monitor the acquittal and receipt of stores • Reconcile deliveries and investigate anomalies • Perform computer-based functions of work processing, data entry and using spreadsheets • Undertake archiving or files and records in accordance with legislative requirements • Provide effective and efficient general administrative support to work unit • Sort, distribute and track correspondence and provide a follow up service where necessary. • Assist with ordering, stock control, records and file management • Provide operational and maintenance back up to the Maintenance Officer • Provide a variety of other administrative or support services as directed by the manager or unit team leader.
