About the role We are currently seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service and Education Officers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with employers and workers, providing them with the information they need about the portable long service scheme. Key responsibilities of the role include contacting and making recommendations on the eligibility of employers to be registered under the scheme, maintaining a register of employers and workers, and delivering exceptional customer service and education about the benefits and responsibilities of the scheme. You will be responsible for providing phone and email support to customers, reviewing quarterly returns, generating invoices, and contributing to key priorities to meet operational deadlines. To support our Customer Service and Education Officers in their roles, we provide comprehensive training and induction programs to ensure they have the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their jobs. Our Managers and Team Leaders are always available to provide guidance and support, helping our Customer Service and Education officers to continually develop and grow professionally. About you As the Customer Service and Education Officer, you will possess: Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, accurately apply and adhere to regulations, established processes and guidelines. Excellent customer service skills, with strong, clear oral and written communication skills. The ability to foster productive working relationships with stakeholders, customers and team members. Proven organisational skills, including the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and an ability to determine priorities and to meet deadlines in pressure situations.
