This position is available in multiple locations on a 3 month contract with hybrid working arrangements. About the Role Act as a point of contact performing reception services including management of phone calls, counter enquiries and emails from staff and customers and provide a timely and effective information and referral service. Undertake a range of administrative support services, including non-complex customer matters, word processing, data entry, preparing correspondence and other meeting papers, taking minutes, maintaining electronic and file records and support with meetings and events. Assist with projects and research. Manage complaints made. Manage internal reviews of decisions. About You Strong commitment to customer service. Display resilience and courage.
