The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Officer for this fulltime ongoing opportunity who will: Be committed to providing quality customer service. Respond to inbound customer calls and offer appropriate solutions with our comprehensive range of services. Capture customer requirements regarding our services in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain contact with clients regarding the delivery of their service requirements. Strive towards achieving personal and team targets. Contribute to continued customer improvement initiatives. Shifts will be between 8am – 7pm Monday to Friday. What we’re looking forSuccessful candidates will demonstrate the following: 2 years previous experience working in a contact centre in a customer service role Be passionate about excellence in customer service delivery The ability to learn quickly and have the drive to succeed Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers A friendly and personable phone manner Excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Experience working with multiple software and web-based CRM systems Why Join Oncall: Impactful work with a market leader that has a Collaborative, inclusive, and innovative culture.
