About the role: Working onsite with our global client, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of the Project, Program and Construction services. With the support of your team, you will be responsible for achieving goals and targets for the account, maintaining a successful relationship with the client’s leadership team and delivering a positive experience for client agencies. The role entails providing advice and strategic direction to project delivery teams with respect to project planning, prioritisation, procurement, implementation and governance. A close working relationship with other JLL service lines (FM, Real Estate, Finance, Occupancy Planning and Sustainability) will be required to deliver a holistic service and achieve the client’s strategic objectives. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Establish and maintain a best practice approach to the planning, management and delivery of program, project, and construction services to the client; Monitor and track the portfolio of projects and programs being delivered by JLL, maintain oversight of financial performance and achievement of account targets; Identify and pursue opportunities for growth of the account through expansion of existing and development of new services; Manage the engagement of JLL for the delivery of program, project or construction services relevant to each project and allocate resources; Create (and manage the continuous improvement of) workflows, procedures, systems, and standardised documentation for project resources to follow; Follow established HSE escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures; Oversee the efficient and speedy close out of projects including the handover of project documentation to Facilities Managers and Occupancy Planners for uploading to account systems. Oversee the provision of client focused reports in accordance with contractual requirements and established timeframes; Monitor and report on customer satisfaction scores using JLL technology, analyzing opportunities for improvement and implementing action plans to improve JLL’s performance where required. About you: You can clearly demonstrate results through experience delivering business process improvements for operational efficiency and are able to create, maintain and manage a framework to ensure successful delivery of a service. An understanding of the roles of and interdependencies between facilities management, leasing, capital works, occupancy planning and ancillary support functions to deliver a holistic property management service is essential for this role as is an in-depth knowledge of project, program and construction delivery from inception to closure. You have strong skills in influencing and motivating internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful initiatives and can carry out commercial negotiations with contractors, suppliers, consultants and authorities within established limits of authority.
