The Instructional (Learning) Designer will work on a Global scale and will collaborate closely with change management and communications team on release of learning products. About the role: As the Instructional (Learning) Designer you will Define Learning needs Design and develop learning experiences (face to face courses, E-Learning modules and videos Manage Stakeholder engagement Collaborate closely with change management and communications teams on release of learning products. Work with subject matter experts, manage relationships and deliver work matter on a timely basis About You: High level PowerPoint, Word, Excel and SharePoint Proven ability as an instructional designer and learning design analysis Proven Project experience Experience in business improvement in the mining industry is advantageous Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to tailor communications for different channels and audiences.
