Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects and teams from inception to completion, ensuring client service excellence. Execute project delivery strategies to meet client objectives and Unispace standards. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to closeout. Financial Management: Review monthly financial project reports for accuracy and profitability. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including client and supply chain vendors, to manage project-specific financials. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor Assistants and Coordinators. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment. Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety standards, ensuring a secure working environment for all. Client Communication: Facilitate effective communication with clients throughout project delivery. Integration and Collaboration: Lead the integration of disciplines, including strategy, client relations, business development, marketing & communications, design and project management, to ensure effective project delivery. Risk Management: Identify and report risks while operating in compliance with ethical practices. Project Closeout: Ensure proper closeout procedures are followed at the conclusion of each project. Client Pitches and Presentations: Assist with the preparation and attend client pitches and presentations. Your Experience: Excellent design and build understanding. 4 years of construction experience, with a focus on office fit-out projects and high-end commercial spaces. Client-focused mentality. Knowledge of building codes, regulatory requirements and health and safety standards. Construction planning, estimating, budgeting and forecasting experience. Commercial awareness. Requirements: Estimating background is a must Experience in corporate interior fit-out projects. Sound construction knowledge. Positive team-oriented personality. "Can do" attitude with adaptability and strong listening skills. Attention to detail in assessing quotes, drawings and detailed scopes of work. Proactive problem-solving skills, anticipating issues and proposing solutions. Ability to think ahead and plan proactively. Strong communication skills, confident in interactions with trades and project teams.
