This role will progress to a management position within 12-18 mths . The position is a 360° recruitment role requiring both business development and candidate delivery skills. In return for your hard work they pay over market rate base salaries, operate an excellent bonus plan and provide an array of extra incentives like weekends away, extra days leave, cash incentives, foreign trips, extensive training etc etc. They are looking for a degree educated Recruitment Consultant with 2 years agency recruitment experience and the drive and passion needed to succeed. On top of this you will ideally have: To be successful in this role: Ideally you will have 2-5 years or more experience as a Recruitment Consultant in an Agency environment Full 360° recruitment experience with strong business development skills Solid sector experience in the Construction / Engineering space A hunger and drive to succeed Have a track record of billings in excess of £200k per year To qualify for the visa you MUST have a degree with 2 years recruitment experience OR 5 years recruitment experience without a degree.
