Your New Role: As our new Sales/Warehouse All-rounder, you’ll be on your feet and involved in all general day-to-day store and warehouse operations including (but not limited to): Counter sales, including the promotion of an extensive and diverse product set. General warehousing duties including stock control, re-stocking shelves and packing orders. Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential customer questions and follow-up enquiries. Building business relationships with current and potential customers Actioning customer requests and enquiries face to face, over the phone and via email. Warehousing experience is desirable but not mandatory. You possess good written and verbal communication skills and an ability to build relationships and establish rapport with customers. You are a fast learner with the ability to build product knowledge quickly.
