The primary responsibility is to ensure that the teams under their supervision operate at peak efficiency in alignment with business requirements. Responsibilities: Ensures individual and team safety by complying with all safe work practices, policies, procedures, and instructions Effectively influences Quality Assurance processes through shift operations ensuring order and stock quality and customer satisfaction Organising any requirements needed for the warehouse to be compliant with all legislation and operating procedures TEAM LEADER AREAS: Putaway - Coordinates with Imports, Equipment and Inventory Team Leads effectively ensuring that all putaway tasks are actioned. Pallet Despatch - Working with Manhattan WMS and Smart Freight systems to ensure rapid and accurate despatch of all required freight ensuring safe wrapping, strapping labelling and consolidation of pallets is completed. Carton Despatch - Lead the rapid & accurate despatch of Stock orders, Customer Collect, Overnight Airbags & Emergency orders in line with agreed Service Level Agreements and Business Unit requirements. Requirements: Knowledgeable about WMS (preferably Manhattan) and Host Systems (preferably Mo Pro) Relevant experience in a large fast-paced DC/warehouse environment Intermediate computer skills using Microsoft Word and Excel Valid Forklift Licence (LF/LO) Your new team: A leading company in the automotive sector, we're listed on the ASX with a revenue of around $1.7B.
