This role will report to the Head of Sales and is responsible for developing our business in ANZ. This role will be an individual contributor role. You will be selling software that has redefined the way managers, landlords, investors, and brokers manage, market, and lease their building portfolios. In this role you are a natural teacher and know how to manage your time and pipeline effectively to hit and exceed quarterly objectives. You are creative, fearless, persistent and a positive "high energy" individual. What you'll do: Develop a plan to efficiently target and prospect into our AUS market. Manage all aspects of a full sales cycle: Outbound prospecting, needs analysis, solutions alignment, negotiation and closing. You will be delivering presentations, collaboration with solutions consultants and sales management to strategize on account planning and proposal preparation, and negotiation in final stages to close new business You will become fluent in our product, value propositions, use cases, the industry, and our competitive landscape. Develop a comprehensive understanding of customers' key business drivers. Drive revenue by meeting and/or exceeding sales quota on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Lead compelling presentations of our product and vision to a range of audiences from c-level executives to property managers and engineers Forecast and report sales activity and metrics in Salesforce and other tools Build long-term relationships with senior executives. What we're looking for: Personable, outgoing and friendly with excellent active listening skills A proven ability to effectively identify and sell to C-level executives and Asset Managers, leveraging value, insight, and selling best practices Intelligent, motivated and competitive with a roll-up-the-sleeves and get the job done attitude. Ability to coach and develop others Ability to adapt and adjust priorities in a dynamic/fast paced environment Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills Track record of consistently hitting and exceeding sales quotas 5 - 10 years of closing experience Demonstrated track record of above-target performance. Experience in handling proactive territory management, prospecting, and opportunity development. Excellent forecasting, reporting, and communication skills. Extraordinary presentation and interpersonal skills, an ability to engage with senior leaders of an organization and develop productive C-level relationships. Smart, organized, self-motivated, flexible and team player. Strong orientation around enterprise sales methodology.
