Working closely with Key Account Managers, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, providing product information as well as undertaking a variety of administrative support duties. Help grow the existing portfolio while bringing in new business. With customer service as a key objective, the successful candidate will be someone who goes above and beyond to exceed customer’s expectations while maximising sales in a team-oriented environment. Previous experience in processing orders in a fast-paced environment is desirable Experience in calendar and booking management. Experience in cold calling & telemarketing to a range of different customers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent telephone etiquette Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask Strong attention to detail Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel Great team player.
