Your Mission As a Product Designer at Propeller, you'll design experiences within the Visualiser, our key customer interface. Your role involves crafting the tools that maximise our construction and civil customers' use of survey-grade maps. We like to think about it as a design tool where the canvas is real-world data - that's the product you'll be evolving You will be building and testing prototypes with customers and product teams regularly. You'll engage in two-way communication with users and take their feedback to affect how thousands of users interact with our product. You're a team player at heart, and you enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you can impact everyday decisions. As a Product Designer at Propeller, you will be embedded in a squad within the Visualiser team, directly working alongside your engineering team members and the product manager while collaborating with marketing, customer success, and more. Your Skills SaaS Experience: You have working experience in a product design role, preferably in a SaaS environment, and even better if it's a collaboration/creation tool. Collaboration: You should be comfortable communicating directly with customers and external stakeholders. Interface & Experience Creation: Knowing the ins and outs of crafting delightful, intuitive interfaces is key. Whether it's web-based or native apps, having that experience is a big plus. And hey, if you're well-versed in using Figma for design, even better Design System: Experience working with a Design System and the ability to contribute towards its improvement is helpful. Research Skills: You should know when and how to conduct effective research to inform your design decisions. Data Visualisation: Experience working on a product with data visualisation is a nice-to-have skill.
