About the opportunity As our Retail Postage Sorter, you’ll play an important part in keeping millions of Australians connected. As you’d expect, plenty of mail comes through our Post Offices and delivery facilities every day – and our mail sorting teams make sure every delivery gets where it needs to. Role Details: 2 x positions available,$29.74 / hour Monday - Friday, 12:00pm – 5:00pm, (extra hours may become available) 12% superannuation 5 weeks annual leave Air-conditioning subsidy District Allowance up to $11,540 Post perks Access hundreds of discounts and benefits ranging from discounts on selected Apple products to great deals on hire cars and travel insuranceYou’ll be: Able to cancel that gym membership in this highly physical role On your feet each shift as you manually break down and sort mail / parcels (product can weigh up to 22kg) Distributing mail into relevant PO Boxes Assisting and/or performing administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenanceAbout youYou’re friendly, enthusiastic and reliable and you love the balance of working in a team environment and autonomously.
