The working hours for this role are 9:00 – 17:06. Utilise our systems to complete administration and data entry tasks Manage customer and client freight queries across multiple divisions within our Mackay Depot Handle each customer interaction with empathy and resilience, adapting to diverse needs and situations. Educate customers on how to use our self-service platforms effectively. Liaise with on site operations staff in order to resolve any customer queries or requests in a timely manner Data Entry of timesheet hours, rostering and payroll data into our systems and spreadsheet trackers Prioritise your work effectively and efficiently throughout the day and complete tasks in a timely manner Maintain staff, training and compliance databases where required Order in Uniforms and Stationery where necessary Manage various spreadsheet trackers, reports and other compliance documents in order to cleanse, update and maintain them on a regular basis What you’ll bring A high attention to detail Strong Data Entry Skills A sense of empathy and a passion for Customer Service The ability to prioritise tasks efficiently A strong attention to safety Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory) An inclusive workplace, works for everyone We celebrate difference.
