What we are looking for… all-rounder Civil Construction Leading - Hand to join our crews and work across our projects, including upgrading and upsizing of water and wastewater projects across the southern Sydney region. Tasks you will be involved with, but not limited to; formwork for various civil projects across pipelines, drainage, water, sewer, and stormwater, including pump stations/pipe chambers, concrete plinths, kerb and gutter for footpaths, basic concreting and steel fixing. You will be responsible for quality, safety amongst teams up to 5 staff. Who you are…ideally you will have: Previous experience working on water infrastructure projects Previous experience leading crews Experience in Machines (Excavator, Skid Steer) Experience with panel formwork, in situ and precast systems Experience concreting; interpreting plans, pouring, and screeding The ability to work under pressure and in emergency situations and have strong problem- solving skills. Sound interpersonal skills and strong communications skills allowing you to interact with people clearly and effectively within water, external organisations, and the general public. Skills & Qualifications Trade certification, Civil Construction/Concreter/Form worker/Plant Tickets White card MR/HR Licence Confined space Working at heights The following will be highly regarded.
