Our client is a leading law firm renowned for its commercially focused advice and outstanding service. This role sits within their IP Litigation team and will also involve working on Marketing and Business Development initiatives and collaborating with inter-state offices. As such, your responsibilities will include (but not be limited) to:- type and format complex commercial agreements word processing (e.g. dicta-typing, copy typing, amending) prepare and collate court documents maintain files (hard copy and electronic) assist with managing schedules and key dates arrange travel monthly billing assist with creation of presentation materials and organising events collaborate and liaise with legal assistants and paralegals based in the firm's interstate offices. Skills and experience we'd love To be considered for this role you will have at least 3 years' experience as a Legal Secretary or Intellectual Property Legal Secretary .
