The Role Reporting into an excellent GC it is an exciting role with broad scope and a generalist legal remit, no days will be the same. The core responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Act as the lead lawyer on a wide range of property related tasks, such as acquisitions, transactions, construction and leasing portfolios Providing advice and representation on licensing, regulatory, commercial, and corporate matters. Drafting and reviewing a wide range of agreements.
