O'Brien Glass are looking for an experienced Warehouse Administration Assistant to support our Supply Team within our Padstow Distribution Centre. In this role you will be supported by a team of experienced leaders who will provide guided training and coaching on the job, to set you up for success. Hours: Monday - Friday 7.00am-3.00pm The purpose of this role has two components: The primary purpose is to support the Distribution Centre Manager in the provision of day to day advice and controlling of stock with respect to all process & procedures including Cycle counting, stock adjustments and general Distribution Centre administration. The second component is to provide administrative support to the broader Network The incumbent will assist the Distribution Centre Manager in the investigation, documentation and communication of stock issues as well as all new or proposed changes to operations process or systems. It is anticipated that the role may evolve as the Distribution process improves and that the incumbent may become more involved in other administration tasks and initiatives. About the Role Contact dealerships and suppliers to obtain accurate windscreen details Data Entry of windscreen details into computer system for purchasing Maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships as required Clearly communicate changed process or systems to all stakeholders Support the Distribution Centre by offering advice and answering questions re correct process and best practice Day to Day administration of stock control Maintaining stock spreadsheets up to date Ensure stock movements are recorded correctly and in a timely fashion About You Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated experience in a previous Administrator/Customer Service capacity (preferable within a Distribution Centre/Warehouse Environment) Have strong customer service skills Inbound and outbound phone calls (no selling) Thrive within a fast paced environment Excellent time management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products with particular strengths in Word, Excel & PowerPoint Excellent attention to detail Able to work autonomously and co-cooperatively within a team environment Have a desire to learn and grow your career with O'Brien Glass The Perks Friendly and supportive team Ongoing learning and development Reward and recognition programs Career development opportunities Realise your potential and build a great career with O’Brien and Apply today As part of Belron, the world's leading glass specialists operating in 35 countries, O'Brien put our customer at the heart of everything that we do.
