Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and innovative lessons tailored to meet the unique needs and interests of Reception-aged children. Assess student progress regularly, adjusting teaching strategies to ensure each child reaches their full potential. Cultivate strong partnerships with parents and caregivers, fostering open communication to support children's learning and development both in and out of the classroom. Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued, respected, and supported. Collaborate with fellow educators to design a comprehensive curriculum that promotes holistic growth and development. Requirements: Previous experience working with Reception-aged children is preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for early childhood education, dedicated to providing top-tier teaching and learning experiences. Proficiency in early years curriculum and familiarity with best practices in early childhood education. Essential Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or substantial experience related to the teaching responsibilities of the position. Registration to teach in South Australia and possession of a current South Australian Teacher’s Registration Board Certificate.
