Lead Warehouse staff by setting task performance standards focused on the goods outward process. Liaising with the Customer Service team to ensure prioritisation of outbound order picking Identify and implement ways to improve the efficiency. Liaise with purchasing & distribution planners to ensure proper planning and allocation of resources to manage inbound goods receipts. General Administration tasks or projects as required. To assist in carrying out risk assessments associated with procedures, introduction of new chemicals, processes, etc Qualifications Have a minimum 2 years proven experience within warehouse supervision Hold a Cert IV in Transport & Logistics or equivalent Hold a current Forklift Licence Be proficient in MS Word and Excel Additional Information As a market leader, Sika Australia understands and recognizes the contribution employees make to the success of our business.
