Your Background May Incl: Offering a understanding in the areas of Family Law, Child Protection, Domestic & Family Violence and victims assistance applications. Displaying a cultural appreciation/understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Experience with Court & Tribunal appearances, incl-case files. Genuinely wanting to make a difference to the lives of Indigenous families, children, victims the vulnerable & disadvantaged Essential Requirements NSW Practicing Certificate (unrestricted), or eligibility to acquire for NSW Current open driver’s license Holder of a Working with Children Blue Card, or the ability to obtain one. Willingness to undertake a National Police Clearance check.
