RESPONSIBILITIES Customer interaction and relationship building in person, email and over the phone Designing and selling of Stratco products Inbound telephone sales - processing and entering orders Commitment to continual growth, learning & training Collaboration with team members, other stores and departments and projects as required Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment ABOUT YOU Essential – Computer and data entry skills Essential – Desire to learn Stratco products and industry Desirable – Experience in building industry or manufacturing Willingness to enhance the customer experience and create brand loyalty Commitment to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart This is a full time opportunity with the flexibility to work Saturdays .
