We're looking for a dedicated Customer Care Representative for a 6 month FTC position . In this role, you'll guide customers and their families from initial interest through to becoming part of our community. You'll be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer experiences and collaborating across business functions to ensure the best outcome for every customer. Key Accountabilities: Efficiently manage lead and waitlist for potential clients, ensuring accurate records in our CRM. Build genuine relationships with clients to assess their needs and direct them to suitable RSL LifeCare services. Ensure precise data entry into our systems. Handle administration duties, such as contract generation and application follow-ups. Foster relationships with stakeholders and proactively handle feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolutions. Who are you: Proven experience in customer service with financial acumen. Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Prior experience in Customer Service, especially within Contact Centres. Experience in the not-for-profit, retirement/aged/disability care, or property sectors would be a great advantage. Join RSL LifeCare because: Attractive remuneration package.
