Key responsibilities: As direct report to the Chief Legal Counsel - Transactions, the Senior Legal Counsel assumes the responsibility of delivering transactional legal support services including: Provide counsel and support to the relevant internal stakeholders. Offer strategic guidance, legal expertise, and support to bid teams, including facilitating negotiations with clients. Offering legal aid for project governance and reporting to relevant bodies. Profile: Full Australian working rights. Minimum 8 PQE in both private practice and large in-house organisations. Proficiency in providing advice on complex transactions and project delivery issues.
