Reporting to the Boutique Manager, this role is a relationship management role, aimed at developing relationships with new and existing clients in order to capture sales, and then extend the customer lifetime value through building trust and loyalty. Responsibilities: Proactively assist and serve clients who visit the Boutique to build relationships and maximise sales. Follow up on sales leads and opportunities to ensure customer service excellence. Work with the Boutique Manager to create store operational plan to focus on key areas to increase business opportunities. Provide superior customer service, you are a natural relationship builder. Survey and benchmark competitors. Provide customer feedback and pass on to merchandising and marketing teams. Keep abreast of visual merchandising trends. Ideally you will have: 3 years’ experience with a high-end sales role. Proven sales records showing increase in profits. Excellent communication skills; the ability to build rapport, establish and maintain relationships. Exceptional organisational skills. Computer skills. ‘Can-do’ attitude; motivated and proactive.
