About the Role This full time, permanent administration role is located at our Panorama site, and is expected to move to the new Salisbury site upon completion of construction in mid-2025. It provides the opportunity for an outgoing, people-person to bring their personality to work to build strong and authentic relationships with internal and external customers. Other key responsibilities include: Liaising with customers regarding day-to-day business Collaborate with colleagues and managers to maintain seamless customer support Process customer orders efficiently and support distribution functions Raise invoices, credits, and purchase orders Generate reports, and manage and update documentation as required About You To be successful in this role you will need to be an experienced administration professional with exceptional customer service skills. You will enjoy building strong, lasting relationships within the business and with customers to contribute to the achievement of organisational outcomes. Additionally, you will be a curious, forward thinker who excels at bringing solutions to the team. Other knowledge, skills and attributes include: Intermediate to advanced administration and systems skills Effective communication and time management Ability to problem solve and use initiative to contribute to continuous improvement Knowledge of the customer life cycle and customer retention strategies Experience with sales ERPs and / or CRMs For this role, the following documents must be provided prior to a formal offer of employment with Bedford.
