About the role On the back of continued growth and project success, our Perth office is looking for a Pipeline Engineer to join the Pipelines team As a Pipeline Engineer you will: Provide technical support in the Engineering and Design processes for pipelines Perform engineering studies including detailed design calculations Develop routing studies, construction methodology, design criteria and alignment sheets Develop engineering solutions to problems Participate in risk assessment and similar workshops and prepare associated reports Prepare cost estimates, equipment summaries and tender packages Write high quality technical reports Work in a collaborative environment with other departments, engineering disciplines and clients About You Key skills you will bring to the role are: Minimum 3 years’ experience in design of pipelines Experience on construction sites and/or in operations Good understanding of Australian Standards or equivalent related to the pipeline industry Ability to perform engineering tasks with minimal supervision A degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar degree Experience in the renewable energy will be highly regarded Excellent communication and writing skills Ability to manage your time and workload independently The new Verbrec brand represents our evolution and continued growth by leveraging emerging techniques and technologies for the benefit of our clients.
