The Role Within this position, the successful candidate will be supporting a professional, fast-paced, and inclusive team with delivering a range of HR administrative functions, such as managing the cleaning and maintaining of their employee database. This is a 3-month temporary opportunity , with potential to extend beyond this period. The successful candidate must be able to commute to Macquarie Park three days per week in line with the team's hybrid working arrangements. The Duties Provide administrative support for recruitment activities, utilising Workday and other key systems Maintaining and cleaning the employee database Assisting with recruitment admin and responding to employee queries Liaising with hiring managers in relation to recruitment processes Undertake other ad hoc HR administrative tasks as required The Ideal Candidate Previous experience within a HR administrator position (industry exposure to the education sector will be beneficial) Strong understanding of HR terminology, processes, and policies Tech savvy with high attention to detail - Workday experience will be highly regarded Ability to work at pace within an agile environment - strong time management skills How To Apply Lotus People are accredited candidate experts meaning we will respond to all applicants and value our applicant experience.
